At the West Cocoa Mission, we are all a big family. We love one another and joy in the opportunity to spread God's greatness and wonder to others.
If you visit us, expect a charismastic celebration of God. We sing, we move, and we get down when it comes to praising God!
OUR MISSION
At the West Cocoa Mission, our mission totally revolves around God's love and will. We endeavor to express God's love for all people through communal praise and worship, evangelism, sharing, and meeting the needs of others.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
What drives our faith
At the West Cocoa Mission, we believe in God's surpeme, infinite existence. He's perfectly good. We also believe that he created the universe, and so he can't really be summed up by the use of this finite term.
We believe that all human beings, no matter ethnicity, language, religion, or even personality, are all born as imperfect beings who have a natural inclination towards evil. (Don't believe us? Think of toddlers. Do we have to teach them to play nice? Is sharing a natural behavior for them? NO! Ask anyone with kids.)
Since God is pefectly good, he can't let evil go unpunished. That means, we're in big trouble. We've all done things that are wrong, even if it's just in our minds. (Have you ever told a lie? Ever stolen anything? Every started trouble?) The Bible says that the price that must be paid for these actions is eternal separation from God.
But God, in his perfect goodness, loves us! In fact he loves us so much that he gave his only son, who was totally innocent, to suffer and die in order pay the price for all of the wrong that we have done. The only thing we have to do to claim this incredible gift is believe it enough to live according to God's will as is written in the Bible. Love God. Love people. Live right!
